Each of the steps illustrated indicates our attitude (thinking) about our business which influences our confidence, motivation and efforts. Sometimes it seems like 2 steps up and 3 steps back but please persist! The top of the stairs (success) is always there waiting for you! I wish I could say we could jump on the escalator and ride smoothly to the top but as with many thinks in life it's the effort we put into our Avon businesses that propel us up the steps! Set a small goal to get you moving to the first landing on the stairs; something realistic that will make a difference in your life and keep you motivated to set a goal for the next landing so that step by step, level by level you will reach your ultimate goal! (the penthouse suite!!! -- For me it's a Senior Executive Unit Leader's Office!!!)
