News for the Bee Team!

 Many of you are close to achieving  President's Club Sales level.  Let's Leverage Avon's Triple Dollars Incentives to make that goal.  In Campaign 4 - Triple $$  Award Sales for each one sold plus your commission!  It's a Win-Win!  My Goal is to sell 100! (I'm $9032 short of Achieving Honor Society so I need big leverage and I'm really stepping out of my comfort zone!)
In Campaign 5 Triple $$ for each Absolute Color Lipstick!  My goal is 200 lipsticks on 200 customers!
$7.99 is a great way  to improve your customers spirits and make their lips feel better during all this COLD winter weather! 
Avon is also using the introduction of this new lipstick to kick off the 2014 Customer Search!  The theme is:
Campaign 5 Starts on February 6th!  Check out the "50 Ways to Get New Customers"  handout that I sent in an email to you earlier today ( or email me if you didn't get it and I'll send it to you).  Highlight 3-4 ways that you are going to implement to get new customers and lipstick orders!  Contact me with your picks and your sales goals and get a free business building resource!  What color lipstick will you be ordering for yourself!  I like the Ripe Rose we got at the Beauty Power Hour Rally and I ordered Tender Mauve and Pure Orchid!

In Campaign 7 we will be getting Triple Award  Dollars will be given on All Beauty Products ordered from the following:Campaign 7 Core Brochure: Pages 1-5, 10-97, and 168-180.Campaign 6/7 Anew Spring for Ageless Beauty Flyer (Campaign 7 ONLY) Advanced units of the ANEW Clinical Infinite Lift Targeted Contouring Serum (This includes any advance Ship Direct,Instant Delivery, Commitments & Stock-Up units ordered from the Campaign 7 “What’s New.”) Naturals AOP in Campaign 7 “What’s New”Campaign 7/8 Spring Beauty Basics Flyer(Campaign 7 ONLY): Pages 1-19 and 24.
My goal is to sell 30 Anew Infinite Lift.  I advanced ordered them at the Rally.  I got my Preferred Preview in my Campaign 3 order so I already have samples to share!  I of course will be trying it myself too so that I will have firsthand experience to share with my customers.  If you need information about Preferred Preview, or Direct Ship or Instant Delivery please get in touch!

 So if I meet all my Triple Dollar Goals I will have more than enough Award Sales to achieve Honor Society in Campaign 7.  To set your goal to achieve a President's Club Sales level, check your current Cycle To Date sales on page 2 of your Campaign 3 Invoice. Take that number and subtract it from your PRP sales level goal .  For example if your Current Award sales for this Cycle (From C-8 to C-3) are $7300 you would need to sell $2800 thru Campaign 7.  So divide $2800 by 4 (the number of selling campaigns left in this cycle. To achieve President's club this example representative would need to sell $700 in each of the remaining campaigns!  Or figure out how many Mega Effects(in Campaign 4) and Absolute Color Lipsticks(Campaign 5) you would need to sell to have $2800 in Award Sales.  Triple Award Sales for a $7.99 item would be $23.97.  You would need to sell 117 total. Divide that up by what you think would be easier for you to sell. (lipstick or mascara).  59 of each or  75 of one and 42 of the other...whatever works for you!  Or if you go for the Anew Clinical Lift - Sells for $39.99 each = $119.97 Triple Dollars for each one sold.  You would only need to sell 24 to meet your $2800 goal!  So rev up you calculator and figure out what you need to reach any sales goal you desire!  Or use the same method to figure out how to put more cash in your pocket by focusing on selling one product or a group of products!  Set a goal and go for it!  I was home sick today and happened to catch a broadcast from the Omaha Chamber of Commerce and the speaker was a Senior Editor from Fortune Magazine.  He's talked about 4 things that successful business need to have in the current business climate.  The one that really spoke to me as an Avon Representative was to personalize the customer experience.  We have all the tools to do just that because we get to talk to our customers face to face every 2 weeks.  Start a data gathering system for your customers (a notebook, a note card, a spreadsheet) and ask them a question every campaign and record their answers. This way you will be able to show them things that they like when they are on sale or something new comes out that you just know they will love!  We do some of this in our heads but my head is like a sieve these days and too much slips through!  I need to have a system that I can put on automatic pilot so that it gets implemented and the follow up completed. This is what Amazon does.. it tracks your purchases and the things on your wishlist and the things you search for then sends you email recommendations about things you might be interested in (or if you believe the NPR story from last week, they will soon be sending you things you want before you even know you want them!)  Here's some examples of questions that I'm going to ask my customers:
  What's your favorite Avon product?  What kind of skin care regimen do you have?  How do you decide what hair care products to buy?  Do you like the price you pay for deodorant at the store?  Do you wear fragrance everyday?  Do you ever shop at Bath and Body Works?  what do you like about shopping there?
Who do you buy gifts for through out the year?  would you be interested in saving time and money shopping for those gifts in 2014?
You get the idea!  I'd like t hear some of your questions to ask customers. I think it would be great to make it a game and have a drawing for a free gift for each campaign for all those who answer the questions for that campaign!  You only need 23 questions to take you through the end of 2014!!!

We had a great team meeting Thursday evening.  Our next meeting will be February  13, 2014 at 6:30 p.m. at McDonald's at 16th and Broadway Council Bluffs. Everyone is Welcome!
