I don't believe in making New Year's resolutions but I do think that it is very important to take some time every
every quarter of the yr to review your goals and dreams! I just made President's Club in Campaign 1! I don't see Rose Circle in my future for this PRP cycle which ends with Campaign 7-2014.
I'm going to make some plans to increase my sales to consistently achieve Rose Circle sales ($1462/campaign) by the time the new cycle starts in Campaign 8. That is really going to be a stretch for me but I'm going for it!
I want to move up in leadership title in 2014. I already have the unit sales numbers to achieve this. The requirement that I need to meet is 2 Unit Leaders on my Team! We have one very close to achieving this and it's going to be a fabulous celebration when she does!!!!   1. Reconnect with lapsed Customers - Call every Customer who hasn't placed an order in six months or more. You have nothing to lose and many Representatives who do this regularly report converting 25%-50% into active Customers.
    Tip: A great way to make contact is to call and say you are updating your records and want to know her birthday.
  2. Build your Customer List- The next time you make a delivery, stop at the house or apartment next door.   3. Give a Customer a Break- Offer a discount to anyone who gives you a referral, or a gift to the customer who gave you the biggest order or place the most orders throughout the year. And take special care of any Customer who didn't receive her order – this is your opportunity to turn a disappointed Customer into one of your best Customers.

I haven't really used it myself but smelling it on the page reminded me how much I love Lily of the Valley and I'm going to make it my next “daily scent” for the month! I'm sure it will help me have a better attitude until spring!
