Here's your Happy News for Campaign 3 -2013
What challenges are
you facing with you Avon business and maybe with you life in general?
Sometimes there is so much going on in our lives we don't know where to
start to get things turned around so that we can enjoy life and achieve
the success that we want! Here are a few resources that have helped me
improve my life. Some of them came into my life years ago just when I
needed them and I continue to use them because they help me maintain
good habits and they still work!!!!
When my kids were little I
struggled, like most Moms, to get everything done and maintain some
semblance of order in our home. Truth is I'm still not the world's best
housekeeper but if it wasn't for the routines and habits I put in place
all those years ago I would be in a terrible fix. You can learn all

her routines and setting up a control journal. At whatever stage your
life is in I know you'll find something useful especially if you're a
S.H.E. (sidetracked home executive) like me. If you're a BO (born
organized) God Bless you and please be patient with the rest of us!
I've
also struggled with my weight for all of my adult life and 2 years ago I
stumbles across a book that changed my life ...."Eat to Live" by Dr.
Joel Fuhrman. I was able to change the way I eat and I lost over 90 lbs
and have kept it off until this very day!!!! something I've never done
before! I've lost probably 100's of lbs over the years and never kept

This way of eating will also go a long way to improve your health. I
was lucky that I lost the weight and got healthy before I had any big
issues to deal with. I feel like I got 20 years of my life back and I
have every reason to believe that I will reach my goal of living to be a
super centenarian (114 years!!!!!) I know that to have enough energy
to work a full time job, sell Avon and meet all my other obligations I
have to be healthy and fueling my body daily with real food that
